This is NOT Christian and has bad language sometimes, but it is THE famous intuitive eating podcast and how I discovered intuitive eating.

INTUITIVE EATING FOR THE CULTURE – Host Christyna Johnson, MS, RDN, LD, the encouraging dietitian, has one of my favorite taglines of any podcast on this list – “we love vegetables just not unseasoned.” I just love that!
She offers a practical and conversational approach that teaches intuitive eating in brief, to-the-point episodes (we’re talking 15 minutes or less). This format is so powerful for listeners because it makes the information really easy to digest.
