You will learn how the principles of intuitive eating align with scripture so you can improve your relationship with food, your body, and God, and cast out dieting for good!
Who is this podcast for?
This podcast is for you if:
- You are sick of dieting, tired of hating the way you look and longing for peace with food and your body.
- You are stuck in “all or nothing” thinking around health and desperately need balance and grace
- You want to stop obsessing about food and your body so you can get back to actually living your life
But this podcast is NOT for you if:
- You are looking for the next diet or health trend so you can jump on board. Intuitive Eating is NOT a diet.
- Your #1 priority is losing weight and you’re still clinging to the fantasy of weight loss. Intuitive Eating is NOT about purposely pursuing weight loss

When does the podcast launch?
Season 1 of the Intuitive Eating for Christian Women podcast launched Wednesday September 9, 2020.
After that, episodes will come out every other Wednesday.
